Deploy Serial > Let's deploy serial to your production line and start collecting data ### What is the production app? The production app is a website that is used to send data to serial. It is developed by serial and contains processes that your team has configured using the process builder. The production app can be setup on any computer or mobile device with a web browser and an internet connection. ### How to deploy the production app 1. To deploy the production app log into serial with an Administrator account at [www.app.serial.io](http://www.app.serial.io). 2. Click the **Production App** under the deploy on the sidebar 3. Click the ip address at the top of the page 4. Name the station that is being configured 5. Click the **Update Station Name** button 6. Select which processes are enabled on this station 7. Click the **Save Configuration** button
